When two ends of Australia's intellectual spectrum meet

UNEDITED HIGHLIGHTS BELOW Wikileaks founder & politician destroyer Julian Assange appeared last night on The Project, speaking in a one on one interview with Muslim apologist & all in all serial pest Wally Aly.

The Project only a ran a 7 minute piece on the Julian Assange interview, with the majority of that being filled with the usual cut scenes married with Wally's condescending tone talking you through it, only airing a few small segments from the 20 minute long interview between the pair.

After a sympathy pat on the back from Carrie Bickmore, Wally went on to tell the audience, "We are gonna put the full interview on our website by the way, because we spoke about a lot of other stuff we don't have time to include on a television show like this". There was no need for that, as we have the highlights below.

In what was an effort in journalism as great as Andrew O'Keefe's self absorbed interview with Geert Wilders, Wally has managed to spend 20 minutes being out smarted at every turn by a man who has spent years staying ahead of much greater minds. After asking "was it the Russians?" in as many different ways as Wally's economy of words will allow, you can see literally see the frustration build, especially when Julian Assange laughs at him.

In what was probably the most important piece in this entire interview Julian Assange notes that while everyone on the left is arguing about Russia & the source of the leak, they have completely missed the point. The American people saw the words of Hillary Clinton & her campaign manager, that is what changed the results of the election, their words. Even if it turns out to be Russia, the American people & the world found out the truth, isn't that what matters?
